Details: Our feature staircase took centre stage over these two floors of the full refurbishment of Lloyds Banking Group’s Grade II-listed Halifax Trinity Road building, a 317,000 sq. ft office in West Yorkshire.
Works included;
- Feature staircase with 380x100mm PFC stringers
- Steel balustrade to both sides of stairs
- Steel balustrade around gallery void
- Secondary steelwork, inc ground floor beams and supporting structure
- Full structural analysis report
